Our Founder

Welcome to Hawthorne Hospitality Solutions, where a passion for hospitality meets decades of industry expertise. Founded by Tommy, a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in various managerial roles within the hospitality sector – from large corporations to family-owned businesses. 

Tommy’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to open his own bars with his childhood friend and business partner, Attila. Together, they pushed their limits and relied on close connections to build successful ventures. After running the bars successfully, Tommy and Attila sold them to pursue larger and bolder hospitality ventures, viewing the bars as important stepping stones in their journey.

The Journey

Tommy’s journey in hospitality began from the ground up, with hands-on experience in managing diverse venues. His challenges included operating without the vast resources of large corporations and grappling with expensive software solutions. These experiences shaped his drive to create affordable, effective tools for small independent businesses. Now, Tommy is focused on a new venture – Hawthorne Hospitality Solutions – with a mission to make a significant impact in the industry.
